The 2012 Oublie checks in as a blend of 44% Mourvedre, 36% Grenache and 20% Counoise and offers up a Rhone-like feel in its kirsch, underbrush, spiced meats and floral aromas and flavors. It shows the full-bodied richness and depth that‰۪s the hallmark of this estate, yet it stays seamless and elegant, with a terrific finish.
