2009 Duhart-Milon, Pauillac

Sweet oaky nose, with considerable intensity. Medium-bodied, svelte, concentrated, with robust tannins to balance the sweetness of fruit. No blockbuster, but it shows elegance and persistence, and some density of black fruits. It‰۪s subtle in that the structure is rather disguised but it‰۪s undoubutedly there. Good length. (SB)
