2008 Contino Reserva Rioja

This is a lovely, full-bodied Rioja. There are very ripe aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and slightly smoky notes on the nose. However, the palate still has fresh acidity, good structure, and a long finish. This one is maturing quite nicely. Drink now, or lay it down for a few years.
