2008 Ch̢teau Cr̩made Palette Blanc

The Cremade is one of only three producers in the tiny appellation of Palette. This aged bottling of the white has a lovely perfume of yellow plums, crushed rocks and honey. Truly intriguing with its waxy full bodied texture and underlying acidity. There is real finesse here as well. Classically paired with grilled fish, steamed shellfish or a nice bouillabaisse.
