2013 Silvano Bolmida "Frales" Langhe Nebbiolo

A first picking of the Bussia Barolo from which Silvano makes a delicate, light and earthy Nebbiolo. Pale, lean and a little grippy it is the perfect first course for salumi and cheese, or if you're a little more adventurous a pasta with sausage and cream!
