2013 Rippon "Rippon" Riesling Lake Wanaka Central Otago

A stunning mature vine Riesling from this incredible site. Grown with Biodynamic principles; hand-picked, foot trodden whole bunch, prolonged skin / stem contact, fermented cloudy in a lay down, horizontal tank to maximize lees contact.
