2013 Ormes de Pez, St-Est̬phe

High-pitched, with brisk pomegranate, red currant and plum pit notes at the core, carried by tangy acidity and finishing with a slightly taut iron edge. A touch shy on depth but has good energy. Best from 2017 through 2020. (JM, Web-2016)
