From proprietor Andy Hoxsey, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate displays classic pure cassis and an opaque purple color, in a reserved but exuberant, concentrated, full-bodied style with low acidity and ripe, well-integrated, lush tannins. Drink it over the next 12-15 years. (RP)
