2013 Cantina Valle Isarco Sylvaner "Sabiona"

A little pricey, but worth ever penny and till the last drop. This Sylvaner shows a rich complex bouquet, with suggestions of green apples, citrus/cedar rind and geranium. The mouth feel is generous yet fresh and impeccably balanced, with consistent flavors of both yellow and green fruit, mountain herbs and stones.
