2013 Amisfield Pinot Noir Central Otago

Produced using a small amount of whole bunches (5%) and a wild fermentation, the 2013 Pinot Noir offers a pale to medium ruby-purple color and beautiful perfume of ripe cherries, black raspberries and roses with underlying dark chocolate and cinnamon hints.
