2012 Thomas Fogarty Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay

Asian pear, crisp lime juice and crushed chalk show on the nose of this very restrained wine from one of the region‰۪s top-tier producers. The palate is framed in lively acidity and strong minerality, presenting flavors of white rocks, lemon peel and brie rind. A nice amount of grip will ensure some aging potential too.
