2012 Pago de los Capellanes Reserva Ribera del Duero

Located in Pedrosa de Duero, Pago de los Capellanes is one of the most consistent producers in all of Ribera del Duero. They make very good quality wine, with tasty fruit, bright acidity and nicely balanced oak. 2012 was a good warm and dry vintage in the region, allowing for generous yet classicly structured Ribera del Dueros which should age nicely over time.
