The presentation is of a fine, elegant medium bodied claret style that has weight and firmness yet retains its refreshing line and length. Blackcurrant, redcurrant, almost strawberry in the mix, perfume, pencils, chocolate and nougat. Medium bodied, light in touch but with dense fine grained tannin packed well into its lithe frame, juicy strawberried acidity, seamless oak integration and a fresh red fruited finish of excellent length, with a fond farewell from tannin that fans on the finish.
