The 2012 Moulin-a-Vent Les Rochaux comes from 70-year-old vines on blue granite soil. It has a succulent bouquet with scents of wild strawberry and iodine, hints of violet emerging with time. The palate is crisp and stony on the entry with a fine citric edge and hints of seaweed towards the finish. Delicieux! (NM)
