2012 Chateau Les Valentines C̫tes de Provence Rouge

The 2012 Ch̢teau Les Valentines Rouge is a near equal parts blend of Mourvedre, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe but balanced flavors of cassis, blackberry and exotic spices lead the charge, with beautifully polished tannins on the finish. Serve with a little Mediterranean chicken stew.
