2011 Rochioli "Sweetwater Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

***Cellar Selection*** Sweetwater is Rochioli‰۪s newest estate planting, on the warmer end of the vineyard. The vines are more than 10 years old, yet the wine possesses a youthful, forward vibrancy. It‰۪s tart in acidity, with jammy cherry and cranberry fruit. It‰۪s a very good wine and should develop bottle complexity around 2016 and beyond.
