2011 Drinkward Peschon "Entre Deux M̬res" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Entre Deux Meres is beautiful. Sweet, layered and expressive, the 2011 impresses for its length and balance. Raspberry jam, flowers, sweet spices and crushed rocks are all laced together gracefully. This is a fabulous example of the year at its best. The 2011 will drink well early, but it should also age nicely for a number of years Dollops of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot round out the blend. (AG)
