2011 Domaine Santamaria Patrimonio Rouge

Despite its dark color, it reminds me of a Brunello. IT has an intriguing nose of spicy BBQ, meat along with cocoa, cherry and earth. I can thing of nothing else with a Pasta Bolognese right now!
