2011 Domaine Louis Jadot Marsannay

The 2011 Marsannay is a gorgeous, textured wine. White peach, almond, dried flowers and mint all flesh out in a generous, textured Burgundy full of near-term appeal. This is an especially generous, resonant Marsannay. According to winemaker Frederic Barnier a clonal mutation of Chardonnay in this parcel yields wines of unusual textural depth and structure. (AG)
