2005 Schweiger Vineyards "Dedication" Spring Mountain District Bordeaux Blend

This mountain-grown wine is a Cabernet-based Bordeaux blend. It's bone dry and hard in tannins and not showing well now. There's a big heart of blackberries and currants that should emerge sometime after 2011, after which it could become sweet and mellow.
