2005 Miner Family Vineyards & Francois Villard "La Diligence" Stagecoach Vineyard Napa Valley Syrah

This is a joint project between Miner Family Vineyards and well-known Cote Rotie producer, Francois Villard. The deep ruby/purple-colored 2005 La Diligence Stagecoach Vineyard exhibits scents of tapenade, black cherries, smoke, and earth. Rich, complex, and medium to full-bodied with a layered mouthfeel, this impressive Syrah should age easily for a decade or more. (RP)
