1999 A. Palacios "L'Ermita" Priorat

This big red draws you in with flavors of coffee, plum, blackberry and tobacco, then turns powerful on the palate, with muscular tannins and plenty of extract. It needs some time in the bottle, but will sing when it's tamed. Best after 2003. (TM)
