1995 Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A seductive style, with lots of spicy, vanilla-scented oak that leads to a rich, complex core of currant, black cherry, olive and plum. The tannins are smooth and polished; supple enough to drink now, yet substantial enough to cellar short-term.
